Alliance Care

Alliance care is a Twin Cities-based licensed organization that provides residential and in-home support for individuals with health and mental challenges. We offer services to individuals using Community Alternative for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Brain Injury (BI), and Elderly and Alternative Care (EW & AC) waivers.

Our mission is to help individuals with physical, intellectual, and mental health challenges to successfully reside within their communities. We are person centered, culturally specific and offer services that seek to improve the quality of life of persons served.

We believe with the right approach by the means of inclusiveness, person-centered care, and providing access to resources and opportunities; enable persons receiving services to reach their full potential within themselves.
