Information that we collect
Alliance Care does not lease or sell the personal information you provide to us to any third party.
Alliance Care does not automatically collect information that would personally identify you unless you decide to provide it. By way of example and without limitation, if you choose to use one of our online, automated forms on the Site, except as required by law, the information that you provide will be shared only with those people within Alliance Care who need this information to respond or to otherwise decide what appropriate action, if any, is to be taken with regard to your communication, those persons within Alliance Care that will utilize the information to maintain and improve Alliance Care’ operations, and with third-party service providers or suppliers whom we have engaged.
